When I launch Houdini, the boot goes and goes then I just get an error that says “License Error: incorrect version of hserver detected (or problems with a connection to hserver)” When I launch license administrator it just never connects to the server. Then 18 came out and I just uninstalled 17.5 and got 18 (I'm now back home). I couldn't figure out what was wrong and figured I had bad internet. But about a week ago I went to use it (I traveled away) and I kept getting SSL certificate and licensing errors when launching apprentice and the license administrator to root out the issue. Hi guys, So I had installed Houdini 17.5.327 about a month a half ago on my Macbook Pro 2017 and had no issues whatsoever installing and licensing.
